3: Jiquan points (HT 1):
The Jiquan points are the highest points inside the armpits, they also belong to the heart meridians. These points are very good for preventing and treating heart diseases. They enhance the heart function by delivering blood quickly and efficiently. The easiest way to massage these two points is to pluck the tendons inside the armpits, if you feel some kind of numbness on the little fingers, you are doing it right. You can start from a gentle motion, add a little pressure as you are getting used to it based on your own tolerance.
Plucking these points also treats chest tightness, arm numbness, irregular heart beats caused by anger and sadness. They improve the liver functions as well.
